چکیده
In recent years, the area dedicated to modern irrigated almond plantations has increased significantly in Spain. However, legal irrigation allocations are lower than maximum water requirements of crop most cases. Therefore, growers forced implement regulated deficit strategies on their farms, applying stress certain resistant phenological periods and avoiding it sensitive periods. Given need monitor status crop, especially stress, objective this work was evaluate sensitivity two UAV-based indicators detect early conditions four cultivars. The field trial conducted during 2020 an experimental orchard, where were established: full (FI), which received 100% (IR), (RDI), 70% IR whole period except kernel-filling stage when 40% IR. UAV flights performed selected dates season. Crop Water Status Index (CWSI) Normalized Difference Vegetation (NDVI) derived from thermal multispectral images, respectively, compared classical indicators, i.e., stem potential (Ψstem), stomatal conductance (gs), photosynthetic rate (AN). Of performed, three corresponded mild a single flight under moderate conditions. Under CWSI not able capture differences between FI RDI trees that observed with Ψstem. conditions, reached showed significant among both treatments. No NVDI response Although NDVI low signal intensity makes index less robust stress. It can be concluded measurements reliable status, although for (mild) levels Ψstem seems preferred option.

In this study, the response of selected almond cultivars on different rootstocks under drought stress base on Morpho-physiological traits using a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with three replications was investigated. The experimental was carried out at the Temperate Fruit Research Center of Horticultural Sciences Research Institute (HSRI) in 2016. The factors inclu...

in order to decrease water consumption in agricultural sector, deficit irrigation has been suggested. for preventing a heavy loss in crop yield, management of water stress is essential. common methods for measuring plant water stress such as stomatal conductance are time-consuming and require specialized labor and a large number of measurement. temperature of leaf or canopy surface can be an in...
متن کاملPhysiological and Morphological Responses of Almond Cultivars under In Vitro Drought Stress
In this study, physiological and morphological responses of five almond cultivars to drought stress were investigated under in vitro conditions. Plantlets from five commercial almond cultivars (Supernova’, ‘Tuono’, ‘Sahand’, ‘Ferragnes ’ and ‘Shahroud 21’] were established in MS medium containing 0.5 mg per liter BAP and then subcultured in MS proliferation medium containing 1 mg per liter BAP...
متن کاملMonitoring Winter Wheat Maturity By Hyperspectral Vegetation Indices
It is very important to harvest wheat in optimum time which greatly affects grain quality, mainly referred to as protein content in the research. Because either too early harvest shortens grain-filling process or too late harvest leads to yield losses and poor quality caused by high grain respiration rate in dry and hot wind weather and sprouting in rainy weather. Research was conducted during ...
